I am led to believe that this vehicle is one of the most difficult to PPF, no predefined patterns exist so the entirety of the vehicle required a bespoke cut.
A quick phone call to my mentor & colleague Clive Ford (The Detailer) and even with two people working on the job, it took 2 full days to complete.
For clients that don’t understand what’s involved; other than stripping almost one third of the car, the challenge is the whole body work has rivets & pop studs along the top that do not come off, hence making the task even more challenging, as well as the complexity of the panels and their curvature adding more complexity.
The interior was then cleaned & coated with Ceramic Pro UK coatings, the PPF was also coated with a specialised PPF coating from Ceramic Pro. At the request of our client, we also applied shark decals from Morgan.
